Hanne Dusting, Chiropractor

Hanne grew up in the northern part of Norway, and was first introduced to chiropractic as a teenager suffering from migraines. Living in the Arctic meant that chiropractors were few and far between, and the decision to help grow this wonderful profession was made.

A sense of adventure brought Hanne to Melbourne to complete her 5 year chiropractic degree. She graduated from RMIT in 2007, and unsurprisingly life in Australia became too hard to leave.

Hanne spent the following decade working as a chiropractor in the heart of Melbourne CBD. Parallel to this, she also did years of locum-work in other practices around Victoria. This time gave Hanne invaluable experience working across different demographics, using a broad range of chiropractic techniques.

Hanne and her family decided to trade city life for coastal life, and she joined the wonderful team at Lotus Chiropractic in 2017.

With a keen interest in looking after babies and children, Hanne recently completed a 2 year postgraduate course in neuro-developmental paediatrics. She is also highly experienced in pregnancy care, and loves looking after growing families. Her gentle nature, good listening skills, thorough assessments and low force adjustments make her a great family chiropractor.

Being a mum herself has strongly reinforced Hanne’s vitalistic approach to health. Her small family of three are all keen runners, ocean lovers and actively involved in a lot of community sport. Knowing chiropractic care is a vital component for optimal wellbeing, she is excited to help empower others on their health journey.
