Join us for “Spinal Research Hero Month”
Here at Lotus we are once again challenging ourselves and getting outside of our comfort zones and at the same time raising funds for a cause close to our hearts - Spinal Research Hero Month. Spinal Research’s mission is to facilitate research that furthers the understanding and development of chiropractic care for all ages.
To join us for the challenge, simply choose your own personal health challenge and commit to making this positive change every day for 30 days. You can start your challenge anytime in March.
Introducing Cheat Days for $10 - We know it can be hard to commit to a new health habit and sometimes we need a ‘day off’. To raise money for Spinal Research’s Hero Month, you can buy cheat days for $10. You can donate this money at Lotus or via the link below.
This year, we are again basing our challenges around the Lotus 5 Pillars of Health - Principles of a Vitalistic Life
Connect Well: Maintain connection to innate intelligence via optimally functioning nerve system.
Think Well: Utilising positive mind power, maximising placebo, reducing stress physiology.
Move Well: Optimal posture, breathing, strength and neurological balance.
Eat Well: Support people to eat/nourish themselves with plant based diet and minimising toxins.
Sleep Well: Adequate rest and rejuvenation promotes optimal growth and healing.
How can you join us?
Commit to your own 30 day challenge (walk 20 mins every day, drop sugar/caffeine/alcohol, drop screen time for 60 mins before bed, read a book).
